Our previous publishing name was Heliotrope: A Writer's Summer Solstice. Under Heliotrope, we published a yearly journal of poetry and prose for eight years during which time we got to know some wonderful writers and downright all-around good people. We also conducted two chapbook contests, paying the authors and publishing their chapbooks in artist-designed, hand-stitched and -bound volumes. I have a Master of Art degree in English and have taught classes at the university level in composition, technical writing, and literature. I am a creative writer and have had my own work published in various literary journals, and I have been co-editor and publisher of the literary journal, Heliotrope: A Writer's Summer Solstice. Following are rates based on 2006 Writers' Market, covering editing at a range of levels, and I will offer free estimates on work that is not listed.
